The hotel located just 7’ walking from Taipei Main Station. It’s easy to get to and from the TPE Airport. There’s a lot restaurants around. The room was as big as expected but well-equipped. Staff is very attentive. Hotel also provide public microwave to guest. Very convenient if you want to heat up food at night. Highly recommended.

The hotel is 10 minutes walk from taipei main station very easy. The room is small but cozy and very clean, bed and pillow are comfy. Coffee is free all kind and so good you can drink any time you want.they don't clean every day until the third day but if you are tidy person no problem at all. The staff is supper friendly here always said hi and helping anything I ask or need ,especially Rina ,I always ask questions and she always helpful thank you so much Rina.i highly recommend this hotel if I ever coming back to Taipei this is the Hotel I would stay.

This hotel is located in the Taipei Main Station area which is a convenient place to be. There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores around. My son and I stayed in the bunk bed room while my daughters stayed in the double room. The rooms are on the small side but functional alright. Rooms are clean and the decor are nice. I like the bunk bed room better for its space.

We stayed in the Executive Triple Room for two nights during mid Oct 2023. ~ Our room is on the 11th Floor, the water pressure is a little unstable. ~ Same as Hotel Relax 2, we paid extra for the breakfast. On their website, it said “Concerning about the Covid effection and dining safety, we provide breakfast a setting box for guests”, I assume the breakfast is resume to normal, in fact I still have setting box during our stay. (pic) ~ Same as Hotel Relax 2, room cleaning and bedding changing service are not available during our stay. Services of towel replacement, amenities replacement and garbage cleaning are available upon request.

We booked for the location: just around the corner from the airport train (Taoyuan Metro station "Main Station") and a short walk to Taipei Main Station (trains and MRT). It's also an easy walk to Ximending and the Mitsukoshi department store. There are plenty of convenience store, nice cafés, breakfast stalls, restaurants and bubble tea shops in the neigborhood, so this was the perfect location for us. The hotel was lovely: not to small, not too big, but very modern and cozy with friendly staff. We had a triple room which was huge. We loved that it had a table with 3 chairs, so we could enjoy the snacks we bought outside. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. A plus was the Japanese-style toilet and the shower stall, because it's inconvenient if the shower floods the entire bathroom. The room came equipped with a mini-fridge, water kettle with free coffee and tea, some lovely free snacks, bathroom amenities (just hair conditioner was missing) and a re-usable, 1-liter water bottle that you could fill at the water fountain on the ground floor - I haven't seen this anywhere else and really loved the idea! As a bonus, the hotel has a washer and a dryer in the basement. At the reception, they changed my bills into the needed coins and even gave me detergent for free. I loved that the cycle of each took only about 1 hour. We'll definitely come back!
